RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:
BASE CAMP accepts returns on all unused and unopened items up to 7 days from the date the product was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos or videos of the product. We suggest that each customer save the original box and packaging material in case the need for a return. If the customer's reasons cause the return, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same method used to make the payment. Depending on the bank or credit card issuer, the bank or credit card issuer will complete the refund process in about 7-14 business days.

If the customer's reasons cause the return, BASE CAMP will charge a handling fee and deduct the original order's shipping cost. (Fees will be deducted from your total refund amount):

PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED RETAILERS/DEALERS:
Please contact the authorized reseller/dealer for a refund.
