Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

      THE FOLLOWING ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

      BASE CAMP® warrants this board to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 100 days from the original date of purchase.

      FYI, All defects caused by the skateboard itself, such as the motor does not work, the ESC cannot be paired with the remote control, cannot being started, etc., are covered by the warranty.

      Include:
      (1) Hub Motor
      (2) ESC
      (3) Battery
      (4) Remote
      (5) Charger

       

      THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

      ①The warranty does not cover easy-broken parts: such as Front wheels, Deck, Grip Tape, and PU Sleeves.
      ②The warranty excludes the damage caused by customers themselves, such as damage from violence, modifications, unauthorized repairs and failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging, or other damage caused by abuse.
      ③BASE CAMP® skateboard can prevent sputtering water and dust under normal conditions. Water-resistant only, not waterproof! It's not recommended to ride in the rain, which is in danger, especially for accelerating, braking, or turning. The internal accessories are not waterproof.
      ④BASE CAMP® skateboard doesn't support any transaction and resold skateboards. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser. The second hand is not covered under warranty.
      ⑤As shipping BASE CAMP® board is much more costly, we don't provide returns for BASE CAMP® boards delivered. We are responsible for diagnosing and sending free parts until the board is fixed. The shipping fee for replacement will be included in the warranty.
      ⑥Warranty does not include resending a new skateboard, we only provide a replacement for broken parts.

      If there is a/some part of your product you received has a quality problem we will send you a replacement part for free (The warranty covers all the defects that are caused by BASE CAMP® company, such as Motor stops working, ESC is unable to pair with the remote, and Board is unable to be turned on, etc...)and help you to replace parts under our guidance. We are responsible for diagnosing and sending free parts until the board is fixed. The shipping fee for replacement will be included in the warranty.       TIPS

      1. The order number is necessary

      2. Board stolen will not be covered by the warranty.
      3. BASE CAMP® will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspection and/or photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s). If necessary, this information must be returned to BASE CAMP®, postage prepaid.-If a product is deemed to be defective by BASE CAMP®, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only.
      4. The warranty for any repaired or replaced equipment is good from the date of the original purchase only. The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BASE CAMP® DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS.
      -Warranty claims must be processed and be issued a return authorization prior to shipping to BASE CAMP® or your package will be refused upon delivery.

      RETURNS & REFUND

      As shipping BASE CAMP® board is much more costly, we don't provide returns for BASE CAMP® boards delivered. We are responsible for diagnosing and sending free parts until the board is fixed. The shipping fee for replacement will be included in the warranty. 

      Generally, you can cancel your order and get a refund only when the products are not shipped yet. And you need to email hello@basecampboards.com. We will refund you in 7 business days, usually the same day when we read your email of request.
